Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information BuyViro (https://buyviro.com) collects, why, who we share it with, and your choices. BuyViro is the operator of this website and can be contacted at contact@buyviro.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Lead forms: some product pages (for example our VEL Academy course review) ask for your email address and, optionally, your name and phone number before you continue to the seller's website. We only collect these if you submit the form and tick the consent box.
• Emails you send us: your email address and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically

• Google Tag Manager: we use Google Tag Manager to load our measurement tools. It does not set cookies itself.
• Google Analytics 4: we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, the website or ad that brought you here, your approximate location (country/city), device and browser, and which buttons you click, including clicks on links to sellers. Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook): our pages use the Meta Pixel. It records events such as page views, product pages viewed, clicks on links to sellers and form submissions, together with technical data such as your IP address, browser and device, and may set cookies (for example _fbp). We use it to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram advertising. Meta processes this data under its own privacy policy.
• Embedded content: some pages include videos (for example from Cinema8 or YouTube) and web fonts from Google Fonts. These services receive your IP address when they load.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address, browser and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.

We never collect payment details; all purchases happen on the seller's website.

Cookies and your consent

When you first visit, a banner lets you Accept or Decline analytics and advertising cookies. Your choice is saved in your browser, and you can change it at any time with the Cookie settings link in the footer.

• In the EU/EEA, the UK, Switzerland and Quebec, Google Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you click Accept.
• Elsewhere, measurement is on by default and you can turn it off by clicking Decline.
• If you decline, Google Analytics does not set cookies and the Meta Pixel is told to stop tracking. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (Google Consent Mode), which do not identify you.

2. How we use your information

• To send you information about the product you asked about, and related offers, if you submitted a lead form. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To reply to your messages.
• To understand which pages and products interest visitors, and to measure the performance of our ads and pages (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).
• To keep the website secure and working.

3. Who we share it with

• Our lead-management service: lead form details are sent to a server that stores our contact list. It is used only to manage our contacts.
• Google: through Google Analytics, as described above.
• Meta Platforms: through the Meta Pixel, as described above.
• Sellers and affiliate networks: when you click an affiliate link, the seller and networks such as Digistore24 may use cookies to record that you came from BuyViro, so they can pay us a commission. We do not send them your lead form details.
• Authorities, if required by law.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

4. How long we keep it

We keep lead form details until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and emails for as long as needed to handle your request. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Meta and our hosting provider keep data according to their own retention settings.

5. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe: use the link in any email, or email us.
• Access, correction, deletion: email contact@buyviro.com. We respond within 30 days.
• Cookies: use the Cookie settings link in the footer to accept or decline. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, limit ad tracking in your Facebook settings, or block cookies in your browser.

Depending on where you live (for example under Canada's PIPEDA, the GDPR in the EU/UK, or US state laws such as the CCPA in California), you may have additional rights, including the right to object to processing or to complain to a data protection authority.

6. Security

Forms on this site send data over encrypted HTTPS connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Children

This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
